I Could Feel the Shaman Sizing Me Up ~

I saw the tidy yurt in the distance & asked myself what I was doing there.
In a few minutes, I was about to meet with a Mongolian-initiated shaman, and we were going to "work" together. I wasn't sure what would happen, but I KNEW that I'd leave knowing more than I did on my way in...
Most people wouldn't think I'm the type to engage in shamanic ceremony or druidic practice or consciousness-shifting experiences or witchy-work or WISE Craft.
Maybe that comes from years of being a shapeshifter and seer. Or the fact that I've never been keen on showing my hand too soon. Get to know me & I'll tell you all about what I get up to late at night in my studio, when I'm out in nature or while I'm communicating with my higher selves.
This shaman didn't think I was her type.
She openly looked me up & down then asked me why I didn't bring my drum. (I don't have one, yet...there's a story there which I'll share with you one day 😉). I could feel her pressing at the edges of my energetic field trying to figure out what to do with me.
Once we began, she knew exactly where we were going - far & deep.
As I bid her farewell, I was filled with vivid images from other lives & inspiring ideas I can use in this one.
I felt great!
She'd led me to see some past life experiences from a new perspective and confirmed that I'm a clear channel.
And she'd shared one of my death experiences with me. Just like all the others I've become aware of over the years, it was torturous, horrifying, and brutal.
Now, you're probably thinking - How awful!!
Yes, I had the same response, too when I had my first experience of a “past life” death. For some reason, it didn't stop me from finding out about all the other ways I've been "dispatched". It wasn't morbid curiosity & I didn’t rush out to seek more information, but it just kept surfacing, so I let it in.

Such knowledge may give you insight into a sliver of that life, but I find it's much more interesting to linger during the LIVING part of the incarnation.

We really have died a thousand deaths, haven't we. One thing I've been playing around with: changing the ending! When I remember that it's all happening simultaneously, I find the death experiences become more malleable - and even if the circumstances don't change, the resistance falls and gives me a new sense of peace.
